Facilitating project development
The Ministry and the FZOEU have published the funding plan early to inform stakeholders and support citizens and businesses in developing project proposals. Over €1.48 billion is sourced from the Competitiveness and Cohesion programme, the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, the Modernisation Fund and proceeds from emissions certificate auctions. The FZOEU will also provide €98.5 million through its own calls for proposals.
