Sigenergy’s new inverter accommodates DC input voltages up to 1,650 volts. On the AC side, the unit operates with a 1,000-volt standard. It features 18 MPP trackers, each supporting two strings.
For operational safety, the system includes arc fault detection (Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter, AFCI) with a range of up to 500 metres. For operation and maintenance, the system provides fault detection at the MPPT level, diagnostic functions, remote monitoring and data analysis.
According to Sigenergy, the AI functions utilise device, location and weather data to generate short-term power output forecasts. These forecasts are intended to enable automated deployment planning. (nhp)
