The Italian market for solar projects is developing dynamically.

The portfolio consists of five subsidy-free solar projects with a total capacity located in the regions of Lazio and Sicily.

All projects are secured by long-term “pay-as-produced” power purchase agreements (PPAs). This transaction marks one of the first sales of an operational portfolio of this kind in Italy.

Capital Dynamics has been active in the Italian market since 2020 and has built a portfolio of around 700 MW, most of which is already in operation.
