With space saving busbars for DC applications being in demand, the manufacturer FTG from Triberg now also offers low-cost versions. In the solar sector, the prerequisites are a maximum operating DC voltage of 1,500 volts for single-pole phase rails and 1,000 volts DC for two-pole phase rails.

With the predefined position of the connection terminal, insertion nut or threaded bolt on the phase rails, wiring to the main switch is simple, quick and safe. The less expensive version uses the cable outlet by means of threaded bolts and crimped cable lug. The FTG rail offers the customer a price advantage and enables the same function. In addition, control cabinet manufacturers do not have to purchase several parts, but only one product with two functions, which allows for simple and fast assembly. (mfo)
