GoodWe ET series delivers independence and non-stop energy
GoodWe’s ET Series is the most compact and lightweight inverter in the market with a maximum efficiency of 98.3 per cent, equipped with uninterruptible power supply (UPS) functionality, backup overloading, AC charging capability and an open-protocol EMS communication system.
Covering a power range of 5 kW, 8 kW and 10 kW, the ET Series allows 30 per cent DC oversizing to fully maximise yield during extreme hot and cold weather and is compatible with a wide range of battery voltages from 180 to 550 volts to give customers flexibility of choice and compatibility with different types of lithium battery. Furthermore, it features UPS to inductive loads such as air conditioners or refrigerators with an automatic switchover time of less than 10 milliseconds, providing grid-tied savings when the grid is up and off-grid independence and security when it is down or compromised.
Easy to install and maintain
When installing the ET Series, battery will not be damaged by accidentally reversing the polarities which helps to ensures safe battery installation. Moreover, GoodWe ET permits backup overloading up to 100 per cent, which allows a quick restart for inductive consumers such as an A/C unit, while it will not cause harm to any electrical appliances. The inverter is also in-built with an open-protocol EMS communication system to ensure the free dispatch of electricity between the grid and the batteries. It has an feed-in limiting function and allows setting time-of-use periods, which helps to maximise self-consumption and lower electricity costs.
Besides, with dimensions of 415 by 516 by 160 millimetres and a weight of 25 kilos, the new GoodWe ET Series battery inverter is designed to be very compact, which makes it easier to install and maintain both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to its cooling technology design using natural convection, the inverter runs reliably and quietly (<30dB) and has a long service life. It is also equipped with an AC charging functionality that allows AC charging of the battery even when the inverter is not operating at maximum performance.
