Modernized production reduces costs
During the first half-year of 2017 the manufacturer's production facility in Dresden was modernized. As a result, the middle-sized company has significantly increased the production volume of its glass-glass modules. Part of the conversion were new generation of soldering machines, which connect solar cells at maximum speed to strings. As a result, Solarwatt succeeded in saving production time and costs. In the past two years the manufacturer has already been able to reduce the prices for its glass-glass modules by about a third. (HCN/NHP)
