New 34 MW solar farms completed in Israel

“We are delighted to be EDF Renewables’ EPC partner for their comprehensive solar new-build program in Israel”, explains Ingo Alphéus, CEO of Belectric Solar & Battery. “This further strengthens our position as a leading EPC and O&M contractor for large ground mounted PV projects in the growing Israeli solar market“.

Plant finished ahead of schedule

“Last year, we had the opportunity to work with EDF Renewables on the 35 MW Ashalim project that we finished ahead of schedule”, adds Anna Velikansky, Managing Director of Belectric Israel . “Based on this success, we have built and commissioned three projects of the same magnitude of megawatt this year. We have completed Pduyim, Mefalsim and Kfar Maimon ahead of schedule also, allowing EDF Renewables to be the first developer connecting to the grid this year. During construction and commissioning we have met the high expectations that EDF Renewables has set in place for quality and safety standards.”
