Future PV solutions presented at SNEC
At the SNEC PV Power Expo in Shanghai, the world’s largest exhibition for the solar industry, Growatt unveils a comprehensive range of future PV solutions. “Growatt has been focusing on innovation and customer needs since its foundation. Our R&D engineers have been working with our sales team and clients on improving product reliability and innovating PV solutions. This year at SNEC we are launching the next generation of inverter models.” David Ding, Growatt Co-founder and CEO, said at the event.
The X-series of inverters ranging from 2.5kW to 80kW is Growatt’s latest innovation. These inverter models are geared towards residential and commercial solar roofs as well as some utility-scale solar farms. “They are elegant, smart and powerful” Lisa Zhang, Growatt Marketing Director said while introducing the new PV solutions.
Greater flexibility of configuration
“MIN 2.5-6k TL-X is our new inverter model for residential rooftop systems. Its design with OLED display and touch buttons appeals to many clients. The OLED display has lower power consumption and touch buttons are much more durable, lasting over three million clicks. The model is about 35 per cent lighter in weight, which makes installation easier and will save installation costs.”
“MAX 50-80kTL3 LV/MV is a C&I inverter solution for rooftops. It is built with quad processors, dual DSP, CPLD and ARM. That allows it to handle smart functions such as surge protection, I-V curve scan, fault waveform record, one-click diagnosis etc. Its design involving six MPP trackers also improves the flexibility of configuration on irregular roofs and increases energy production. ”
World’s no. 3 for single-phase inverters
Growatt continues to stand out among Chinese inverter manufacturers in terms of innovative technology, reliable product, professional service and large market share. Recently Growatt has become the world’s number three single-phase PV inverter supplier according to IHS Markit and has been awarded 'The No. 1 Chinese Residential Inverter Brand' for the third year running.
