Sonnen taps into Spain

Sonnen has tapped into the Spanish market. WeBatt Energia, the Spanish market leader will acquire a quantity of Sonnen batteries in the triple digits by the first quarter of the year. Spain has some of the biggest potential for renewable energy and decentralized power solutions in Europe, after Germany and Italy.

Cooperation with WeBatt

WeBatt, a coalition of various installers in Spain, is the largest residential solar power supply association in the country. WeBatt Energia`s goal is to create a new energy system based on renewables in Spain.“Despite the regulatory hurdles, renewable energy use in Spain is rapidly expanding at the moment”, says Philipp Schröder, Sales and Marketing Director at Sonnen. “For us, that`s a clear sign, that the people are looking for an independent supply of clean and affordable energy and won`t let anything stop them”. Promote self-produced clean power
