SMA’s Sunny Boy Storage is the first battery inverter with a multistring battery connection, announces the company. Thanks to high-voltage technology, storage systems with the Sunny Boy Storage are particularly efficient and easy to install. Larger storage systems are easy to implement and are flexible to expand with a total of three battery connections.
This allows the storage system to be expanded gradually and adapted to individual needs. To use even more self-generated solar energy in the home, an existing PV system can be expanded into a fully fledged storage system with just a few additional components.
